The EasyJet Android app is praised for an intuitive, feature-rich booking experience and useful flight information, with some advantage over other carriers. However, it suffers from recurring reliability and UX problems: crashes and slow loading; misleading date/results leading to wrong bookings; broken check-in/boarding-pass functionality; problematic booking/manage-booking flows (one-way errors, sign-outs, access-denied, leg deselection); and notification glitches. Overall, stability, accurate data handling, and reliable check-in are needed to meet user expectations.

Misleading data and incorrect date results leading to wrong bookings.

Booking/manage-booking issues: errors on one-way bookings, unexpected sign-outs, access-denied messages, and difficulty deselecting legs.
Push/notification issues: stuck or not updated efficiently.

Recent reviews

Generally reliable for all aspects of booking some issues remain unresolved for me on the app. Adding the correct baggage is made more difficult by assuming you are adding the same for all passengers including children, go to the web to find an easier method to split the bags appropriately. Recently the search holidays link in the app has been giving results for anywhere but the destination you have selected, surely this must have been noticed by moderators ?
