Recent reviews

locked from account, called customer care and no assistance. one of the worst app developed in 21st century, change the whole tech team. upload id and selfie thousand time. sometimes username wont recognise sometimes it does. now my phone number is not recognised. I want to speed track to close my account 😩. calling was not helpful aswell as after discussing same question with different teams and 1hr am still having the same issue. First Direct need a new leadership and developer team.

compared to all other banking apps I have used recently by far the worst. poor interface and basic things like being able to easily share account details is missing
