I accidentally scanned a check twice and now I might not get my money or ve able to use my account for 3 weeks

the sign in sucks. it keeps requiring a code sent to my phone but the code never comes. and my number is right because it can send a confirmation code if I change the password. however it still requires a code be sent after changing the password to sign in and the code never comes. and im not calling them bcuz its just ridiculous.
