Crashes, freezes, there are missing buttons that have garbage computer jargon on them, links that don't work, contact us or complaint options that lead to random places on their site. Theo the pointless assistant that gives you a bubble response with a time but no content. Not even simple questions can be answered. No wonder TUI is losing out to other holiday businesses.

Having tested on multiple devices, it constantly crashes, gives error messages saying something went wrong, or breaks in various different ways suggesting that no real testing has been undertaken prior to publish. It's far easier to just use the website to search for holidays etc. Maybe it's best to go back to the drawing board with this app and redevelop.

2022-08-25	An*****	The Seaview Holiday Village was fantastic, the place is immaculate and professionally run. The staff were very friendly and work really hard. The kids club was a good way for my son to meet others and to have a break from the sun. Plenty of food to choose from, the Aqua Park is brilliant especially as its on the grounds, pools were great, never felt overcrowded. Loved the infinity pool with a sea view, beach on the doorstep. We had a great time and would definitely return for another visit.

Apart from it constantly crashing, user interface being completely unreliable and makes no sense. I've spent a ridiculous number of hours trying to get a the searches correct only to then view a hotel and the search disappear. Today i finally got a shortlist of 6 holidays (kid you not this took the better part of two days) only to try to view them and surprise surprise they also disappeared. 0 stars!

2021-07-12	Ma*****	Epic fail - shows my booking on landing page but get 'oops something went wrong / can't find your booking' when I try to manage my booking. Appreciate going through hard times but if you want customers to use app spend money on sorting it out

2021-02-08	Lo*****	So easy to use, great to make payments and look at holiday info without having to contact the store. Absolutely love the fact that you can now make payments on the app and add on extras even though I have booked in store rather than online. Nice to look at the countdown too 😊

2020-10-29	an*****	Confused. It seems the update gremlins are at work. Information in the app is different to the invoice and the paper booking information I have. Flight times are wrong and telling me I owe a balance when I have paid in full.

2020-07-29	Ma*****	Originally worked fine when 1st installed in September 2019. Used app directly to amend my holiday booking from 2020 to 2021 due to corona virus which was easy to do but now it has completely stopped working and says unable to refresh. I've uninstalled but now cant even get the app to log in my details at all. Dont waste your time!!
