Recent reviews

2 days before our flight to Cancun, TUI changed our paid reserved seats with the reason operational. Lot of lies! the plane configuration is the same. We had 2 seats one near the other, wanted to be together on the 11 hours long flight. And they changed giving us 2 separate seats, on 2 rows. no respect for the clients who paid for the plane seats to be together!
