I had a very bad experience with this website. They are unhelpful if you need to reschedule or cancel your flight for important reasons. For example, they might ask you to pay $1,000 to change your flight date, even if you bought the ticket for $1,100—charging more than 90% in fees. I do not recommend this company

An agency operated by a group of Indians, with the worst customer service imaginable. They took my money, but I recovered it by contacting the bank, as the transaction was authorized and the amount was refunded. I contacted their customer service 25 times without any benefit.
