The Collection App is a comprehensive solution designed to optimize and manage the entire loan collection workflow for financial institutions. It empowers Loan Officers in the field and provides Branch Managers with powerful monitoring and management tools, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
For Loan Officers (LO):
Secure & Simple Start-up: Begin your day with a secure login using your KFC ID. A forgotten password can be easily reset through a secure OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Daily attendance is punched with a selfie and geo-location, which also starts your tracking for the day.
Smart Route & Center Management: View all assigned centers on an interactive map, with statuses clearly marked by color (Pending, Completed, Rejected). Get directions to any center with a single tap. The app helps optimize your route by automatically adding clients who have promised to pay (PTP) for the day. You can also pause all activities using the lunch start/end feature.
Efficient On-Site Collection:
Access detailed lists of groups and members within each center.
Mark member attendance by capturing an image, which is automatically compared with prior records for verification.
Before starting collection, the app ensures that a mandatory remark is entered for any absent members.
Accept payments seamlessly via UPI by generating a QR code on the spot, or record cash collections with full denomination details.
Complete the visit by capturing a final group photo.
Performance & Gamification: Track your collection performance against key metrics on a gamified leaderboard. Earn achievements, titles, and performance badges for meeting targets and compare your rank against other LOs.
Intelligent Alerts: Receive real-time pop-up notifications for nearby overdue (OD) clients, get suggestions for a nearby center if a visit is taking too long, and receive an alert when your floating cash limit is reached.
For Branch Managers (BM):
Real-Time Team Monitoring: Get a complete operational overview from your dashboard. See every LO's login status and current location on a live map, along with their planned route for the day.
Performance Dashboard & Leaderboard: Monitor crucial branch-level KPIs such as Demand vs. Collection, X-Bucket Visits, and Attempted Clients. View a team leaderboard ranked by key indexes including Collections, Visits, and OD Collection to identify top performers.
Effective Workload Management: If a Loan Officer is absent, you can easily view their incomplete centers and transfer them to available LOs to ensure business continuity. You can also assign specific tasks to individual LOs or the entire team.
Reporting & Alerts: Instantly view and download EMI receipts for any selected date. Receive proactive notifications if an LO is halted for more than ten minutes on their route or spends excess time at a single center.
