Fund Flick

Fund Flick is an internal workforce application for employees of a lending organisation. It is not a consumer app — accounts are created only by an organisation administrator, and staff sign in with the credentials they are issued. There is no self-registration.

WHO IT IS FOR

Fund Flick is used by field officers, collection agents, and managers at a lending organisation to carry out their day-to-day work. It is not available to borrowers or to the general public.

COLLECTION MANAGEMENT

• View assigned collection cases and their repayment status
• Record EMI repayments made by cash, UPI, QR code, or bank transfer
• Log field visits and telecalls with follow-up notes
• Capture a selfie and GPS coordinates as proof of a visit or collection
• Track case history and outstanding amounts

TASK MANAGEMENT

• View, create, and update tasks assigned to you or your team
• Comment on tasks and mention colleagues
• Track task status, priority, and due dates
• Monitor completion rates and pending work

NOTIFICATIONS

Receive push notifications for task assignments, comments, and collection follow-ups.

PERMISSIONS

• Location — used only while the app is open, and only when you record a collection follow-up or set a case location. It is attached to that record as proof of visit. The app never tracks your location in the background.
• Camera — used only to capture a selfie when you record a payment or log a field visit. The app does not read your photo gallery.

Both permissions are optional. Denying either disables only that feature; the rest of the app continues to work.

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO

• It does not offer, originate, or facilitate loans
• It does not process payments — it records repayments that take place outside the app
• It is not available to borrowers
