Data management: Stores and manages customer account information, payment history, and collection status.

Payment collection: Facilitates on-the-spot payment collection and generation of digital receipts.

Initial Login: The field executive enters their credentials, and the app connects to the server to verify the login information so internet connectivity is mandatory for login.

Data Synchronization: Once logged in, the app downloads necessary data (customer lists, payment schedules, etc.) for offline use. Internet connections are required for Master Sync.

Offline Work: The field executive can now perform tasks like customer visits, payment collection, and data entry without an internet connection.
