FinCollect

This application is a loan collection and servicing tool developed for use by an NBFC to manage EMI repayments and customer loan records efficiently. It is designed exclusively for authorized company representatives and internal staff to support post-disbursement loan servicing and repayment tracking.

The app enables representatives to record EMI payments received from customers through approved payment methods. Payment details are securely captured in real time, and digital receipts are generated instantly for each transaction. To ensure transparency and customer confirmation, an automated SMS notification is sent to the customer’s registered mobile number acknowledging receipt of the EMI amount.

For operational efficiency, the app includes a customer search feature that allows authorized users to quickly locate customer and loan records using identifiers such as phone number or loan reference. The application also supports uploading payment proof images, such as UPI confirmation screenshots or verification selfies, strictly for internal verification and audit purposes.

Access to the application is restricted and controlled by the NBFC. User accounts are created and managed centrally, and login credentials are provided only to authorized personnel. There is no public sign-up or loan application functionality available within the app.

The app collects only the information required for its core functionality, including limited personal and financial data related to loan servicing and repayment. All data is used solely for operational purposes, is handled securely, and is not shared or used for advertising.
