Its nice that I can see appointments already set and do virtual visits, but I can't actually set them up, message doctors, or even view prescriptions when I will eventually need to.

This app is incredibly buggy, everything takes forever to load, and the video visits are poorly optimized. My device speeds are over 250 Mb/s everywhere else and I've reinstalled the app to no avail. Just get another doctor instead
