My Premise Health is a secure healthcare app that gives patients convenient access to their health information and care team from one place. Users can book and manage appointments, view health records, lab results, vitals, medications, immunizations and health reminders, as well as message providers and care teams.

The app supports mobile video visits, eCheck-In, digital forms, prescription refill management, billing history, online statements and payments. Eligible users can manage dependent health information and upload health and fitness data, including information from Health Connect, through participating self-tracking programs. An active My Premise Health account or registration through a participating healthcare provider is required.

Difficult to contact support; sometimes need to use multiple apps (MyChart)
