Difficult to contact support; sometimes need to use multiple apps (MyChart)

Recent reviews

Functional, but barely. Trying to use Premise's "integration" with MedBridge (a Physical Therapy app) just broke the MedBridge app, forcing me to lose my existing PT programs. Overall, This is a thinly wrapped MyChart app with all the Epic pain (pun intended) that comes with that. Compared to truly modern apps, like One Medical, this is a painful mess.
