I'll give this a four, it's more of a book rather than an actual mood tracker. You can't really explain in detail what you're feeling yourself and what professional help you need to seek, although, the tips are quite useful considering I follow up with most the categories explained. My lowdown councillor had suggested this app therefore thought I'd check it out, not the best, but not the worst... definitely better apps out there.
