2025-01-03	Ti*****	I just switched to Blue Active PPO because my previous plan with Humana is no longer available. I downloaded the app, tried to log in, and received an error message; "the action couldn't be completed, try again." I decided to wait until after January 1, when my account was active. I tried logging in today and got the same results. BCBS is a huge company with a pretty darned good reputation. I don't understand why their mobile app is such garbage. I un-installed it. It's not worth the frustration
