Not user friendly. Explain to me how anyone, even the user of the account, can get in when you make the password set up so difficult? I don't need to worry about my privacy because no one is getting into my account, even me! BCBS, you genuinely think ppl won't have to write it down or keep it somewhere that can be hacked with your current parameters? I'd love to know how you're helping people with low tech literacy manage this? I'm not assuming you care about them.

does not have the ability to remember login information or allow you to use biometrics. you have to remember your username and login information or go get it every time. with hundreds of these in this digital age, makes the "app" difficult to use when trying to access information or look for providers quickly. this is not actually an app, it is a shortcut to the website login, which you can probably do yourself, so this is actually a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
