Euan's Guide: Disabled Access

Trusted disabled access reviews, now in your pocket.
Find wheelchair accessible places, accessible toilets and Changing Places near you, and read what they are really like from disabled people, carers and families who have been there.

Find what matters to you
• Search disabled access reviews of cafés, restaurants, theatres, hotels, attractions and transport hubs — near you, or anywhere you are heading.
• Filter by facilities: accessible toilets, Changing Places, hoists, wet rooms, step-free and wheelchair access, and parking.
• Find out about Blue Badge parking and Radar key toilets, from the detail reviewers and venues share.
• Filter reviews by the access requirements of the person who wrote them.
• Switch between a map and a screen-reader-friendly list, then get one-tap directions to Google Maps.

Share what you know
Review a place while you are there — from step-free entrances and wheelchair access to toilets and staff. A sentence or two is enough, typed or using your phone's own dictation. Add photos, and add a venue if it is not listed yet.
• Review a venue in under five minutes.
• Drafts save automatically in low signal.
• Say thanks to someone whose review helped you.
• Every review is checked by Euan's Guide staff before it goes live.

The difference it makes
In an independent impact study by Clear Impact Consulting (2026), people who use Euan's Guide said:
• Over 90% trust the information on Euan's Guide.
• Nine in ten feel more confident visiting somewhere new.
• Over half have been somewhere new because of it.
• Around 86% feel more connected to others.
• Over 90% say it helps them find accessible toilets.
• 95% of reviewers say sharing their experience helps others.
Designed and tested by disabled people
Accessibility is at the core of the app. It was tested by our team and our User Panel of disabled people, using the assistive technology they use every day. Independently audited against WCAG 2.2 AA.
It works with the settings you already use — TalkBack, text size, contrast, reduced motion and dark mode.

A charity, not just a review site
Euan MacDonald MBE and his sister Kiki founded Euan's Guide in 2013, after Euan's experience as a powerchair user showed how a lack of reliable access information meant missing out on life's simplest, joyous moments. Euan's legacy continues: we are the disabled access charity, working towards a world that is accessible to all disabled people.
