EnAccess Maps: Accessibility

4.4 million Australians live with disability. Finding a cafe, a park or a venue that actually works shouldn't be this hard.

EnAccess Maps is accessibility information written by the people who navigate these spaces every day — what the entry looks like, whether the toilet works, how loud it gets, whether the staff are any good about it.

FIND PLACES THAT WORK FOR YOU
Search over 1,000 venues — restaurants, cafes, libraries, parks, entertainment and public spaces — filtered by the access features that matter to your life:
• Step-free entry and room to move
• Accessible toilets
• Accessible parking nearby
• Tactile ground surface indicators
• Lighting — bright, natural or dim
• Noise — quiet, moderate or loud
• Ventilation and air conditioning
• High-contrast and digital menus
• Guide dogs welcome
• Staff who are welcoming, disability-aware and can help with a menu

Choose the criteria that matter to you once, and the app leads with those. Someone using a wheelchair and someone who needs a room they can think in are looking for different things.

REVIEWS FROM REAL VISITS
Unlike generic search engines, every EnAccess review reflects real-world experience — not architectural drawings or compliance checklists. Our community has contributed over 1,000 accessibility reviews, with photos taken on the day, so you can plan before you arrive.

"It's more reliable and easier to find accessible spaces than on Google Maps."
— Freya Elliott, actress, model and disability advocate

PROFESSIONALLY ASSESSED LISTINGS
Featured Listings are assessed in person by accessibility assessors with lived experience of disability, with photographs of the entrance, the space inside, the accessible toilet and the accessible parking — so there are no surprises when you arrive.

FREE, FOREVER
EnAccess Maps is completely free. We're an ACNC-registered Australian charity, built on the belief that reliable accessibility information should be available to everyone.

BUILT WITH, NOT FOR
Founded in 2021 and recognised by 9News, ABC and 16+ national media outlets, EnAccess Maps is community-led from the ground up. People with lived experience of disability co-design everything we build — because they know best what's missing.
