2024-11-09	Sh*****	Awful, horrible, biggest scam ever, nothing but a bunch of lies. I don't have the time to list the amount of lies I was told from the point of sale until today 6 weeks after I sent my cancellation letter into Endurance. But the one truth about the situation is they collected $389 from me and here I sat with $0. They can take the money from you in a day but claim you need to jump through hoops, send them a cancellation letter that's been notorized and then they tell you just wait 6 weeks for it.

But the policy that they require or they want to pay is there waiting for your motor or transmission to be shot. It does not cover any kind of electronics or wear and tear. Like car insurance they expect you to pay but then they don't want to cover and then you got to pay a deductible on top of it. Why pay

2024-11-04	La*****	Biggest rip-off ever!!! Paid into this company for 3yrs, they dropped my contract without notice!!! I assume because my car was reaching it's 20yr mark. Don't know for sure,I just know it's another scheme that I unfortunately got sucked in to.

2024-11-02	Tr*****	If you want to get what you pay for out of any extended warranty, it starts with knowing what your policy covers. For better or worse, I have been burnt in the past, not understanding what the policy does not cover. I now know that even if you get an exclusionary plan, certain things won't be covered. Ask for an exclusionary plan. If your car doesn't qualify for one, make sure you read your policy. Make sure you do your required maintenance and keep your oil change receipts. Endurance works

2024-10-29	Ar*****	When I took out my coverage the seller told me if I didn't use my coverage and wanted to cancel I would get my full amount that I paid in back, [this is a lie] I had my plan for 2 months and needed a repair, and of course the would not cover it even though I had the diamond policy that was supposed to be bumper to bumper, so I cancelled my policy 1 week after I made my 2nd payment, I talked to Athena Herrera and she told me to send her the letter of cancelation and my check would be sent,NOTHIN!

2024-09-23	Du*****	Wasted my money. I was hopeful that is was good, disappointed it was a scam. They told me one thing and then when I went to use it, they denied me. When my credit card number was stolen, I had to wait for a new one, during which was my monthly charge. Once I got my card, I called and put it in. No one told me they needed an updated mileage when I updated my account. My account was closed for lack of current mileage and they would not work with me to restore it. Very disappointed.

The dealer said it's certain a part that says it's covered and it's going to take approximately a week to fix. Endurance will not cover a vehicle for us as said it or policy until a week out of them working on it. So endurance says we are to pay out of pocket $1200 in car rental unit it's completed. Most people don't have that much money sitting around for something like that. It's useless.

Had a gas cap light problem (minor) engine light came on took it to dealership. I called them to make sure everything was covered. endurance said they wouldn't cover it because I had a salvage title nothing is wrong with engine still. I was never asked about the title in the beginning and they just took my money for a year and would not give me a refund

2024-06-11	ma*****	I had to jump through hoops to get my repairs paid for my car, but a gentleman named Will was able to help me out with my claim. I highly advise you to check the VIN to find out what parts your vehicle has before purchasing a warranty plan with them to make sure it fits with the plans that they give you. I do like the fact that I didn't have to go through a third party to get the work done.
