I have SmartMiles insurance and Nationwide tells you that your payment is based on the miles you actually drive but that's not really true. There's a device you plug into your car that keeps track which is very accurate. You get an email saying how much your bill "should" be but then when you go to make payment the bill is way higher. I've complain many times but no one ever actually explains how the program really works.
