2024-12-30	Au*****	Often tells you they have sent a notification which doesn't arrive. Sometimes when you click on the notification straight away it times you out. There is zero incentive for it to be better since you have to use it to login. As the only game in town for EBS customers, we're stuck with this glitchy app.

2024-12-17	Jo*****	Dreadful. On many occasions I have failed to receive the authenticator on my phone and this can happen on multiple occasions in a row. Very frustrating. I have accounts with other banks and have never had a problem.

2024-11-18	Li*****	App might work once out of 10 times. It's an absolute disgrace. They want you do carry out online banking yet do not have adequate infrastructure to do so. Stay away from EBS Online. It's a frustrating waste of time.

2024-03-23	NI*****	This app needs to be revamped as it is not good for anything except viewing what's in your acc & transferring money between ebs acc's. I have had to use my wife's bank acc to pay LPT (we use the same wifi). I have tried a number of times to set up beneficery payments. App times out at the final stage of authentication after 10 seconds ,when it says it is sending notification to my nominated device(mobile phone) for me to confirm. Really poor app .the developer needs to fix it .

Always when I try to log in, I must sit, watching a circle claim it is authenticating before it rejects the attempt after several minutes. The attempt at logging in needs a successful pop up notification to be approved on the device with the app, but this notification is either not sent every time despite the login interface's claim or mysteriously vanishes. 2021-05-12	Pa*****	This app is incredibly poor for a financial institution. When you do login successfully, the website is extremely limited and poorly designed. Rarely works, never works at night. It's very frustrating when you need to login and check your account.

2021-04-15	R *****	I was so happy to move away from the other big banks and all their fees, but this online banking app makes me question my choice. It looks as though they HAD to do something quick due to recent regulations for authentification and they didn't really think it through from a user's perspective. It basically is only to approve online banking from your computer. Very sad. This is a banking aspect that needs to have more money invested in it.

2021-02-28	C *****	Terrible experience. EBS is banking from the dark ages. Completely overcomplicated way to do online banking. Customer service don't seem interested if anything goes wrong. Just switched to a different bank last month and the service is 100 times better. Bye bye EBS.

From this outing and the utterly atrocious newly released EBS CardManager app, the online dev team appear to have been tasked with providing the minimum product possible. The Viable is desperately important and significantly absent from both EBS apps. In this modern, connected world things simply MUST work 1st time. And, as an aside, a banking app that is too complex and annoying isn't good enough.

2020-11-29	Jo*****	Absolutely terrible .anyone looking to join EBS do not if I were yoi. I Put in the correct details but it always comes back timed out or denied. It could take me 25 minutes to login at any times. And by the looks of it talking to EBS on the phone they couldn't care less if they never had a proper app. Still the customer is wrong.
