Hi Team, It's just an authenticator so don't have a problem with the app. I tried calling customer support for ELC password reset and did not like the experience. The personnel did not speak clearly and showed an attitude. When we spell out our account in English they say the same in Spanish for some reason and we are supposed to understand. Somehow managed to communicate and get my message across but on a whole was an unpleasant experience.
