Partypoker is a digital clipboard app for building superintendents and maintenance crews to log unit walkthroughs, with a heavy masonite board look and a spring-loaded metal clip, where each inspection is captured on a lined index card showing the unit number, date, observation, and a colored condition dot sticker. The Partypoker app lets you tap the chrome pen clipped to the side to open a fresh card, fill in the unit identifier, choose a condition rating of Good, Fair, or Needs Work, and jot down a note like a scuffed baseboard or a dripping faucet, all without any complicated software.

After a Partypoker download, you can start recording items by tapping the All Units tab to stack every card under the clipboard’s top clip, swiping left on any card to reveal edit and delete controls printed on the card’s back, and using the Today tab to filter for inspections logged today with an embossed TODAY stamp. Partypoker online, you can use the Log tab’s metal label-maker search bar to find records by unit number and display matching cards in a compact two-column grid, tap any card to expand the full note, and rely on the dashboard’s two adhesive Dymo-style label strips that tally total units inspected this week and how many were marked Needs Work.

Partypoker casino, the Settings tab offers a paper form fastened with metal brads where you can save a default inspector name and choose a default condition rating using physical slide switches, and all your inspection data stays securely on your device in a local database with no accounts, no cloud uploads, and no internet connection required.
