Exercise Sessions: imported into your workout history so you can see completed workouts from connected devices and compare them with your training plan.

Sleep: shown as a recovery input and used in 30-day readiness trends.

HRV: shown on the dashboard and compared with your baseline to support readiness and workout intensity guidance.
