Steps: Import daily step counts via Health Connect (Android) for goals and trends.
Challenges & chat: Macros, weight and workout challenges with progress cards shown in chat.
Widgets (where supported): Quick glance at macros and weight progress.
Design & UX: Fast, minimal, modern UI with themes, subtle animations and glassmorphic touches.
