User reviews for HP PAY are mixed. Many praise the app as good with fast booking, but persistent issues undermine reliability: OTP delivery failures, login errors, unknown errors, lack of booking history and failed cancellations, weak customer support, and wallet/registration problems.

Recent reviews

Cash on Delivery option removed in the latest update — a major step backward! COD was extremely helpful for customers who don't use online payments regularly, including senior citizens and those in rural areas with limited digital access. Forcing only online payment for LPG cylinder booking is inconvenient and unfair to a large section of genuine customers. Kindly bring back the COD option immediately. Until then, reducing my rating to 2 stars. Hope HP Pay team addresses this soon.
