HelloBPCL

HelloBPCL is Bharat Petroleum’s convenient mobile app for managing LPG, fuel payments and customer services across India. Users can register for a new Bharatgas connection, book and pay for 14 kg or 19 kg LPG cylinders, complete eKYC, change distributors, request mechanic services and access booking history in multiple languages.

The app also helps users locate nearby BPCL petrol pumps, check petrol and diesel prices, view station amenities and get directions. With Smartdrive, customers can make digital fuel payments and earn Petromiles loyalty rewards, while UFill provides touchless, prepaid UPI-based fuelling in supported cities. Mechanics and retailers can scan MAK lubricant coupons to receive eligible cashback directly in their bank accounts. HelloBPCL also includes the Urja chatbot for quick assistance, issue resolution and support.
