2026-08-12	st*****	I have got parcels from this company in the past but unfortunately I have never recieved them as the delivery drivers have always sent them to 48 and not 4B. They are just to lazy to find the proper address. I have had to put what3words and a photo of my front door on the app so that they know where I live. I was waiting in all day yesterday for a parcel which never turned up and now I have to wait until today to pick up from a pick up point. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY....

2026-08-11	Pa*****	It does not recognise DPD's own delivery numbers and it won't provide communication options when their drivers frequently fail to deliver. It's as frustrating as DPD's inadequate performance.
