Recent reviews

I have got parcels from this company in the past but unfortunately I have never recieved them as the delivery drivers have always sent them to 48 and not 4B. They are just to lazy to find the proper address. I have had to put what3words and a photo of my front door on the app so that they know where I live. I was waiting in all day yesterday for a parcel which never turned up and now I have to wait until today to pick up from a pick up point. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY....

It does not recognise DPD's own delivery numbers and it won't provide communication options when their drivers frequently fail to deliver. It's as frustrating as DPD's inadequate performance.
