Offset Press puts a small visual printing bench in your hands. Choose a material study, adjust the repeat, gap and tilt, then pull a proof to see what your choices have made. The print responds to the settings you change, so the difference is visible as well as measurable.

Begin with an edge, a fold or an opening. Each study pairs a tactile material reference with a compositional question. Explore intervals that give individual marks room, compressed fields that read as texture, gentle drift, open counterpoint and stronger pivots. Material observations help you notice where weight and direction come from before you start tuning.

At the bench, change one setting at a time or try a bolder combination. Switch the ink arrangement to inspect a different emphasis. Pulling a proof gives you an impression with feedback about density, direction and repetition. Name the version you want to keep, or return to the plate and make another adjustment.

Your proof rack holds the experiments you have kept. Reopen a saved plate to revise it. Select two impressions to compare their actual patterns and see the changes in repeat, gap and tilt. The comparison keeps each proof's name and settings alongside the image so you can trace a visual difference back to a choice.

Use reduced motion when you prefer immediate, settled changes. The same controls, prints and observations remain available.
