OnCall Companion

OnCall Companion is an independent mobile client for compatible Grafana OnCall stacks. It helps responders review alerts, take incident actions, check schedules, and receive push notifications from an Android device.

Stay on top of incidents
• View alert groups assigned to you or browse all alerts using status, integration, team, and time filters
• Acknowledge, unacknowledge, silence, resolve, and reopen alert groups
• Select multiple alert groups for bulk actions
• Open the relevant alert directly from a push notification

Plan on-call work
• Review on-call schedules and upcoming shifts
• Filter schedules by team
• Configure reminders before shifts begin

Control notifications
• Configure personal notification rules
• Choose and preview alert sounds
• Group notifications and review notification history
• Use notification actions for faster incident response

Connect securely
• Sign in using a QR code or an OnCall API URL and token
• Store the active mobile token securely on the device
• Disconnect and revoke the mobile session from Settings

The built-in isolated demo lets reviewers explore representative alerts, schedules, and settings without connecting a production system.

OnCall Companion requires a compatible OnCall server for operational use. Available data and actions depend on the connected server and the user’s permissions.
