On-call replaces the physical on-call phone. The company keeps one on-call number that never changes — On-call routes every call and every alarm to the person on duty right now, on the phone that person already has in their pocket.

HOW IT WORKS
• A customer calls the on-call number — it rings the on-call person's own phone
• An alarm comes in (SMS or SCADA webhook) — it lands as a notification
• No reaction? Reminders escalate, an automated voice call reads the alarm out loud, and the guard is called — until someone has picked it up

FOR THOSE ON DUTY
• No physical guard phone to carry, charge, or hand over
• Work and private life separated — your private number is never shown
• Call out from the guard number, with speed dial contacts
• Full alarm history with acknowledgement status

• Set off receipts with time and response time
• Automatic guard rotation — weekly, monthly, or your own shift
