Alerta Guard

Alerta Guard is an internal work application for field personnel. It only works with credentials assigned by the contracting organization. It is not distributed to the general public and does not allow self-service registration.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Field personnel operating under the coordination of a central office. Each account is created and managed by the employing organization; worker data is managed by the employer's administrative area.

FUNCTIONALITY
Alerta Guard serves as a direct channel between the field worker and their central office during the workday. The application allows users to receive assignments, document their activities, and access operational information related to their shift.

DURING THE SHIFT
The application uses precise location tracking continuously while a shift is active, so that the central office can coordinate the field team. This function is deactivated when the session ends or the shift is over. Without GPS, the application cannot fulfill its operational function.

PRIVACY AND DATA
The data handled by the application is provided by the employing organization and is used exclusively for work operations. Your information is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
