Recent reviews

The app has options for monthly and yearly basic or premium services. All subscriptions are "out of stock" except for the yearly premium, the most expensive one. There is not even a trial period. This is VERY suspicious, and I've opted to return my new feeders, as I have 4, and the yearly subscription for 4 feeders is $360. That's absurd. No thanks. Just look at the 2.4 rating of this app. Tells you all you need to know about this scam.

App stopped giving notifications several months ago. Support never replied. Also, the feeder is only a few feet from the WiFi router and the feeder disconnects at least once a month, then has to be completely reset and set up again to reconnect. There is no way to just tell the feeder to reconnect. Decent product but the terrible app and lack of support make me never want to buy a PetLibro product again.
