I’ve tried every possible way using the instructions to no avail. Also spent several hours this afternoon looking up possible help on the Internet, but nothing seems to work. Going to try some more tomorrow, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll need to send it back. What a shame it seemed like such a great solution.

Did not work ok my iPhone after hours of trying to set up the feeder. I finally tried it on my son’s iPad and got it to work. The feeder recently started dispensing way too much food but when I try to log into the app to fix it I can’t log in. The login button remains greyed out no matter what I try.
