2025-01-24	Pa*****	The app has options for monthly and yearly basic or premium services. All subscriptions are "out of stock" except for the yearly premium, the most expensive one. There is not even a trial period. This is VERY suspicious, and I've opted to return my new feeders, as I have 4, and the yearly subscription for 4 feeders is $360. That's absurd. No thanks. Just look at the 2.4 rating of this app. Tells you all you need to know about this scam.

2024-12-17	Ra*****	App stopped giving notifications several months ago. Support never replied. Also, the feeder is only a few feet from the WiFi router and the feeder disconnects at least once a month, then has to be completely reset and set up again to reconnect. There is no way to just tell the feeder to reconnect. Decent product but the terrible app and lack of support make me never want to buy a PetLibro product again.

Would be 5* if it notified when successful feeding, for peace of mind, as opposed to having to go into the logs each time Update 27/11 4* now 2* For over 2 months now, I have not received notifications suddenly with no change to my settings and a fresh install. Have contacted the team and was advised this would take approximately 1 month, no movement on this when followed up.

2024-11-19	GT*****	It connects and gets the job done, but needs some huge improvements. First, my cat sticks his paw in the outlet. I get an alert every time he does so for outlet blockage. Please allow the user to customize notifications. (Edit) Removed a star b/c of increased in app advertising popups and none of the aforementioned issues are fixed.

2024-11-16	Je*****	App has many bugs. When I feed 1 manual feeding portion, it dispenses 2 portions every time instead. The schedule is impossible to edit, takes a few tries before I can edit or turn on/off a scheduled feeding. It often disconnects from wifi despite no issues with my wifi signal. I also never get notifications when the feeder is low. I love this feeder, but the app makes using it frustrating.

2024-11-04	Wi*****	It has gone from mildly annoying to absolutely infuriating how every compatible PetLibro app just wipes the feeding plan schedule periodically, with no rhyme or reason, or any warning. Since I travel for work now, I've had to buy a camera to monitor the feeder to ensure it does what it's supposed to do, as I don't know why or when it clears out the feed plan. It's ridiculous and shouldn't be something any user has to do for a product that's supposed to be automated.

2024-09-27	Ro*****	Have the standard auto feeder, works OK but a tiny bit of development would be great. 1. Add the ability to sort feedings into order of time. Currently they seem to stay in order created. 2. Add 24hr clock option. My unit does not seem to know between 12 am/pm. 3. Add a pause button that will pause all feedings.

2024-09-09	Ni*****	Great when it works, sucks when it doesn't. Have had trouble with the app crashing repeatedly when I try to open my feeder. Reconnecting the app to the device is a real chore as well.

2024-05-04	Am*****	Video doesn't load/times out. Loses Internet connection frequently when the router is in the room next to it. Should have purchased a different pet feeder with camera that actually works. The two way talk doesn't work. It is says it's calling, but you can only hear the pet at the feeder and scrambled gibberish for what you are saying come out

2024-03-31	Me*****	We got the auto pet feeder not only for feeding but also because it has a camera. The video stream never works due to "no connection" but none of our other devices have issues w wifi connection. Also, many times the schedule has issues adding or editing feed times or the log has issues even pulling up. Even when doing the troubleshooting, the camera still won't work.
