Dharohar 2.0

Dharohar 2.0 is a one-stop app for pension beneficiaries in GNCTD, Delhi, offering seamless information access and grievance management. Beneficiaries can register with name, mobile, Aadhar, district, geotagged address, and a live photo, with OTP-based mobile verification.

After registration, users can: check pension status for the last 3 months with details; submit requests to update address, bank details, life certificate, or mobile; post grievances via an in-app 2-way chat with the District Admin for timely resolution. The app also delivers important notices and alerts, a Gallery with useful information, and a bilingual Hindi/English interface for easier access.
