Samadhan

"Samadhan" is a mobile app developed for Dharashiv District to streamline the resolution of public grievances. It allows citizens to submit new grievances and track their status while providing a feedback mechanism if they are unsatisfied with responses. The app facilitates two user roles: citizens, who can report issues and view actions taken, and officers, who monitor and address these grievances. Leveraging ICT advancements, 'Samadhan' aims to enhance government accountability and citizen engagement.
