When you try to open a selected app, ThinkAgain shows a confirmation screen first.
This small interruption helps break automatic habits.

Custom confirmation clicks
You can choose how many confirmation taps are required before opening each app.
More clicks create more friction and reduce impulsive behavior.

Daily total usage time control
Set a maximum total usage time per day for each app.
When the limit is reached, ThinkAgain asks for confirmation again before continuing.

App-specific settings
Each app can have its own confirmation count and daily usage limit.

Accessibility Service Usage (Important)

ThinkAgain uses Android Accessibility Service only to detect when selected apps are launched and to display the confirmation screen.

Purpose: Detect app launches and show confirmation

Data processed: App package name only

Not collected: Screen content, text input, messages, calls, personal data

All data is processed locally on your device and is never sent to external servers.
