I am getting a cloudflare rate limit error trying to reactivate my account. What are we even doing? I can't use the newer app apparently. Everyone paying for a subscription is a customer.

I am trying to give Garmin $ and buy a plan for my inreach mini. the Garmin website instructs I must buy a plan from the app and the option is not present on the app. overall the app is useless
