Users report the app has basic charging controls and a total kWh readout and can work fine for some sessions. However, the dominant issues are unreliable connections (won’t start/stop or stops mid-charge), crashes and broken features after updates, poor charger discovery, lack of scheduling/charge metrics and billing detail, plus registration/verification problems and weak customer support.

Supports starting charging sessions in normal cases (i.e., functionality is present when the system is working).

Cons

Frequent connection failures: app often won’t connect to chargers, won’t start or won’t stop sessions, or charging stops repeatedly mid-session.
Instability and regressions: crashes, broken or missing buttons and functionality after updates, and inability to view/finish sessions.
Poor station discovery and locating: chargers are not found or shown in the wrong place even when standing next to them.
Missing essential features and limited telemetry: no usable timers/scheduling, no time‑left, limited charge metrics (kW, battery kWh) and coarse/rounded billing info.
Account/verification issues and weak customer support: SMS/registration failures, VIN/RFID quirks, and slow or unhelpful support responses.

Does not always work and hard to get support

The worst App ever. Can't locate the adress, doesn't work if you put the code manually, the box doesn't have a QR code to scan it. Extremely complicated. Call centre has limited time. Just avoid it.
