Now, negative review chargers they are showing do not work with the app or the ovo Card, and im paying for a subscription was low on battery . I had to use a debt card instead and was overcharged by £15 after 7 days ovos response was heres £4 can't recommend this company anymore they tried to blame the the charge point but it worked fine with debt card its there software poor service

I have had it with OVO charge. The app is unreliable. I paid for an RFID card and it has never worked. The support people just tell me it is a known issue and months later still doesn't work. Well now it is 2 degrees C and raining and the app has logged me out and it logs me out every time I log in and can not start a charge. Using Electroverse to save the day (had to do this many times now). Once I am logged in I am cancelling my subscription and uninstalling this buggy crapware.
