DB Secure Authenticator는 고객에게 계정 로그인 및 거래 승인을 위한 2단계 인증 솔루션을 제공합니다. Deutsche Bank의 온라인 및 모바일 뱅킹 플랫폼에서 거래에 서명하려면 독일 고객은 앱 스토어에서 다운로드할 수 있는 photoTAN 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다.

앱 내에서는 4가지 기능을 선택할 수 있습니다.

1. QR 코드 스캔: 휴대폰 카메라를 사용하여 화면에 QR 코드가 스캔되고 숫자 응답 코드가 제공됩니다. 이 코드는 DB 뱅킹 애플리케이션에 로그인하거나 거래를 승인하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다.

2. 일회용 비밀번호(OTP) 생성: 요청 시 앱은 DB 뱅킹 애플리케이션에 로그인하는 데 사용할 수 있는 숫자 코드를 생성합니다.

3. 질문/응답 : DB 고객센터 상담원과 통화 시 상담원이 제공한 8자리 번호를 앱에 입력하고 응답코드를 제공합니다. 이 기능은 전화를 통한 고객 식별에 사용됩니다.

4. 거래 승인: 활성화되면 푸시 알림을 받아 사용자에게 미해결 거래를 알릴 수 있습니다. 다음에 앱을 열면 거래 세부 정보가 표시되며, QR 코드를 스캔하거나 온라인 뱅킹 애플리케이션에 코드를 입력할 필요 없이 승인할 수 있습니다.

앱 설정:

DB 보안 인증기에 대한 액세스는 앱을 처음 시작할 때 선택하는 6자리 PIN을 통해 제어되거나 지문 또는 얼굴 인식과 같은 장치의 생체 인식 기능을 사용하여 제어됩니다.

PIN 설정 후 장치를 활성화해야 합니다. 제공된 등록 ID를 입력하거나 온라인 활성화 포털을 통해 두 개의 QR 코드를 스캔하면 됩니다.
