Lots of features, including the ability to track changes and monitor credit

Cons

Requires full SSN for sign-up, raising security concerns
Frequent login issues and app crashes reported by multiple users
Poor customer service and difficulty cancelling subscriptions
Inconsistent updates on credit score changes
Charges during the free trial without proper refund process

Recent reviews

Company requires your full SSN while other platforms can provide the same service with only the last 4-digits. SSN leaks can happen to the best, and you don't want to risk your full SNN being apart of the information the -- especially not from a service that's only used for checking your credit score. 1 star because of longterm security risk.
