2024-09-06	Us*****	Headsets no longer work, i've tried 2 different phones both wired and wireless headsets. My brother also tried and his didnt work either. Im hearing impaired and it makes it extremely hard to use this app without it.

Says the facilitator left the room and drops the visit when he didnt even get up from hos chair Today i cant even join the visit. There isnt a button for it and the app wont go to the home page. CONSTANTLY Logs you out of the visit claiming "poor/weak internet connection by one of the parties or both, when nothing has changed! Huge disappointment for everyone and lets the inmates down

2024-01-11	Cr*****	Took me a min. to figure out how to be able to join call, because I already had the app open, so had to go out and come back in. Once I joined the call tho, picture quality and audio quality were perfect! Had zero issues with either and enjoyed seeing as well as hearing from my loved one. The ONLY issue I had w/ entire thing was from the end of the correctional facility requiring me to submit 4 photos with my I.D., claiming picture wasn't clear enough, when it CLEARLY WAS. I recommend this app.

2023-03-29	Ke*****	ABSOLUTE JUNK! I have been locked out of my account and have tried resetting password but the reset link never comes I have email support repeatedly with no response. I even set up a new account and once I logged out could not get in and no reset link comes...it's frustrating, and it's like holding my visit wirh my loved one hostage. I can't make a visit without the app and so far the app seems like it needs to be trashed and reconfigured...kinda like criminal justice system itself.

2023-01-20	Jo*****	The app freezes quite a lot during video visits. And it cuts down on your time during your visit having to restart it constantly. I have been using this app for about 9 months now and it's been this way since I have used it. They have not worked out any of the bugs.

2022-11-24	De*****	NEVER ANY TIMES AVAILABLE...and when there are they are extremely limited to early morning. That aside, the quality is simply poor!!! Visual AND audio connection issues are just icing on a rather disappointing cake. Would NOT use if other options were available.

2022-11-02	Do*****	Had a video visit scheduled and received a message stating visit was rejected because it wasn't made on Chromebook LUD-B. Never had a Chromebook, will not get one. Are they trying to force me to get a Chromebook?? They can't do that. It has had problems since it was introduced. And, they don't care. If they did, they would get it fixed or scrap it. This app is nothing but junk.
