Concigo Desk

Concigo Desk is the pocket companion of the Concigo front desk, for hotel staff.

- Arrivals and check-in: see today's and upcoming arrivals, review guest ID documents, approve check-in requests and activate stays.
- Live desk: who is in house, room status, bellboy calls and live updates.
- Rooms: assign or change rooms. Assignments go to your property management system first, and the answer is shown.
- Billing and checkout: open a guest folio, settle bills and complete departures.
- Offers: manage early check-in and late check-out passes and room upgrade offers.
- Walk-ins: create an instant booking for a guest at the desk.
- Share a booking: give a guest's companion access to the booking from the desk.

Sign-in is by mobile number and a one-time code, and only for staff registered at a property. Each person sees only their own hotel.
