Concierge Online Staff

Concierge Online Staff is a service app for hotel employees connected to the Concierge Online platform.

The app helps you quickly interact with guests directly from your phone: respond to chats, view active reservations, check check-in statuses, and use operational tools without opening your web CRM.

Key features:
• Guest Chat
View conversations, search for guests by first name, last name, phone number, or reservation number, reply to messages, and receive push notifications about new inquiries.

• Active Reservations
Keep track of current reservations: guest details, room number, check-in and check-out dates, payment statuses, questionnaires, access codes, and registration.

• Check-in Management
Access guest information, view check-in logs, re-register, and manage secret access keys.

• SMS Tools
View sent SMS messages, check delivery statuses, and send quick messages to guests when needed.

• AI Concierge
Track AI concierge calls: number of calls, duration, period, incoming and outgoing call numbers, and call recordings if available.

• Multi-hotel mode
If the user has access to multiple hotels, they can switch between them within the app.

Concierge Online Staff is intended for internal use by hotel employees. Login requires an account issued by the hotel administrator or the Concierge Online platform.
