2026-07-29	St*****	Great app for keeping your home secure. We can turn our home alarm on or off and check all of our security cameras while away or from our bedroom. If the police come to our house, or anyone else, I can take to them through the remote speake on the cameras.

2026-07-28	No*****	No push notifications since May. Now I can't sign in at all. Tech support and a replaced monitor did not resolve this issue. What am I paying for? Forums are useless.

2026-07-19	Al*****	Since March or earlier the app has stopped sending notifications to Android phones only, so we no longer are notified when the system alarms, disarms or when a sensor opens or closes. IPhone devices receive notifications. Then one of the cameras doesn't update to the live view. when we click on it, it shows the live view. However when we go back to the main view of the application, it still shows am outdated image.

2026-07-17	Jo*****	Two cameras froze this week. After spending hours booting & rebooting cameras, plugging & unplugging cameras, force stopping the app, uninstall & reinstalling app, I still have the same issue. Both are stuck & frozen on a past day & time. When you click on them you see a live feed. The purple Xfinity app shows the correct live view but after speaking with three different people & performing all of the troubleshooting, their only solution is use one app to arm and disarm & other to view!
