User Reviews

User reviews are mixed. Many praise the app for ease of use and for enabling video visits to stay connected with loved ones when it functions. However, multiple reviews highlight reliability outages, poor call connectivity and audio issues, and billing/minutes problems. Usability frictions persist, especially after updates. The top actionable areas are improving stability, call quality, and accurate billing.

Pros

Easy to understand and generally user-friendly / straightforward to use.
Keeps users connected with inmates and family through video visits.
Helpful when it functions; users report successful video visits.
Positive feedback when it works, including praise like 'awesome' and appreciation for being able to connect.

Cons

Reliability issues: app frequently doesn't work or won't open and calls sometimes fail.
Billing/minutes problems: minutes shown as 0 or incorrect, and charges for short visits.
Connectivity and audio problems: couldn't hear the other party, only some calls connect, and inmate connections fail.
Usability friction and update issues: not user-friendly, difficult to maneuver, and updates requiring you to go through Google Play or causing temporary outages.
