The interface is too basic, there's "reflect" and "stim" - reflect is the same thing every day and wasn't guided which I felt it should have been, and I already stim constantly so I don't understand the point of that section and didn't bother reading all the articles I already know the topics of. I got this as a free trial through the NHS for 6 months, I think I lasted 6 days. I would absolutely NOT pay money for this because its rubbish | ||
