app doesn't let me view any account settings. additionally it had 20 dollars on it pending a physical tap. now that is missing. been dealing with trying to get my 20 dollars back for months. so glad San Francisco bart went to direct tap with apple pay and bypass clipper. such a scam company edit. one year later. 2026 still can't use it. sent multiple emails and even called. such a bs company
